Bass fishing been absolutely fantastic!  Groups are catching 50-100 small mouth bass a day.  Muskie fishing has been on and off.  The guests who are out putting time in on the water are finding active fish.  With the recent heat wave, water temps have warmed up from 68 to 75 in the past four days.  The weed growth is a couple weeks behind what it should be for this time of year.  With the end of July and August coming, ...

It’s appropriate that with a change in ownership from Nielsen’s Fly-In Lodge to Pat and Cheryl Alexander that the business name change as well.  Starting in the Fall of 2016 we will be transitioning all aspects of the business to “Alexander’s on Rowan lake” Fly-In Lodge.
